Italian media outlet La Stampa claims that Bayern Munich are hot on the trail of Torino striker Andrea Belotti.

The Bavarians are aware that Robert Lewandowski will not be able to perform at the highest level for much longer and they see the Italian striker as a perfect long-term successor.

Belotti is believed to have a €100 million release clause in his current deal, while Torino claim they have rejected a €65 million proposal from Arsenal for his services.

The 23-year-old, who scored impressive 17 goals in 21 Serie A matches this season, is also on the radar of Chelsea and few other top clubs.

Belotti has also impressed on the international stage, scoring 3 goals in as many 2018 World Cup qualifiers.

His Torino will be up against red-hot AS Roma on Sunday evening and Granata are 13/2 chance to win at Stadio Olimpico.
