Kalou talks up Bundesliga switch

Lille forward Salomon Kalou has admitted that he could join Borussia M’gladbach in the coming days.

The Ivorian is set to leave les Dogues in the final days of the summer transfer window, and it appears he is awaiting for an offer from English Premier League.

Meanwhile, Bundesliga outfit Borussia M’gladbach have made a move on the experienced forward, who has confirmed an agreement could be on the horizon.

“It’s 50-50,” Kalou explained to L’Equipe.

While Lille hope to offload one of their highest earners, the forward himself is desperate to leave les Dogues, but it would appear as though he is still assessing his options.

It is no secret Kalou would prefer a return to English Premier League, where he has left a mark while playing for Chelsea.

Meanwhile, his current employers Lille face a crucial Champions League clash against FC Porto at Estadio do Dragao, where they are 9/2 to win the return match and make it to the group stages.
