Everton reject PSG bid for Coleman

Everton have rejected a shock bid from Paris Saint Germain for Seamus Coleman, according to the Express.

The full-back has been a target of Manchester United over the past few transfer windows though the Merseyside outfit have refused to sell.

Now Ligue One champions PSG have thrown their hat into the ring, though they have seen their approach rebuffed.

In six-and-a-half years at Goodison Park, the Republic of Ireland international has racked up one hundred and eighty-eight appearances in all competitions, scoring nineteen goals while he also had a loan spell with Blackpool in 2010 and has been capped twenty-eight times by his country.

Everton are also working hard to keep hold of fellow defender John Stones, who has been the subject of a number of big-money bids from Premier League champions Chelsea.

The Toffees travel to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday afternoon, with the away win priced at 16/5.
