There will be few more exciting battles in the Champions League and Europa League in midweek, and once again we have tracked down several interesting bets that should offer good value for money, so make sure to check them out below.
Tuesday 21st February
20:45 CET Man City vs Monaco
The game comes at a very good time for Manchester City, who have seriously raised their game in recent weeks and they will be looking to take their game to their opponents. However, Monaco can be trusted to score as well, given that they not only bagged 76 goals in 26 league games, but also managed to record a 2-1 triumph over Spurs at White Hart Lane back in September.
Tip: both teams to score @3/4
20:45 Bayer Leverkusen vs Atletico Madrid
Under 2.5 goals were score in each of the four meetings between the two sides and we definitely expect another low-scoring affair. Atletico Madrid are a tough nut to crack on European travels as witnessed by the fact that each of their last three away games in the Champions League produced just one goal.
Tip: under 2.5 goals @4/7
Wednesday 22nd February
20:45 CET Sevilla vs Leicester City
La Liga high flyers Sevilla have finally been presented with an opportunity to reach the Champions League final stages, and given their excellent performances at Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, we fully expect them to see off out-of-sorts Leicester City. As much as the Foxes would like to enjoy some European success, they are completely out of confidence at the moment and with the Premier League campaign clearly the priority, we don’t see how they are going to stop los Rojiblancos from winning.
Tip: home win @2/5
Thursday 23rd February
21:05 CET Lyon vs AZ Alkmaar
Just as we predicted in our previous midweek accumulator, Lyon hammered weak AZ Alkmaar 4-1 on the road, so it goes without saying that les Gones are strong favourites to win the return leg. Even if head coach Bruno Genesio decides to rest some key players, home win should never come into question.
Tip: home win @1/3
21:05 CET Tottenham vs KAA Gent
Tottenham suffered an embarrassing defeat in the first leg in Belgium, but they produced the perfect response to defeat Fulham 3-0 in the FA Cup, and chances are they will build on that win when they take on KAA Gent at White Hart Lane. Spurs will be looking to score an early goal and edge closer to a place in the next stage and we believe they will be at least a goal up by half-time.
Tip: ht/ft win @5/6
