Following an enthralling Champions League match-week, club football returns to its more recognised place at the weekend. With every league in Europe heating up nicely, there are some hugely important games to come, and we have sourced some very interesting bets for you to take a look at below.

Saturday 25th September

14:30 BST Borussia Dortmund vs Schalke

Despite a superb start to the season, Borussia Dortmund have found themselves in a poor position having slipped from the top of the table down to fifth in the league. In their last five games, they have taken just one point, showing the horrendous form they are in. For Schalke, this season has been a very good one. They have collected 23 points and are in second-place, having won four of their last five games. If form is anything to go by, the points are only going one way.

Tip: Away win @ 10/3

17:30 Liverpool vs Chelsea

The clash of the weekend for the Premier League comes from Anfield on Saturday as Liverpool host Chelsea. The Reds have been in good form of late in the league, winning three in a row, but their 3-3 draw with Sevilla in the week, in which they surrendered a 3-0 lead will play heavily on the minds of the hosts. Chelsea have won four games in a row and look very good at the moment. While it will be an incredibly tight game, the home side will surely be hamstrung by their struggling defence.

Tip: Away win @ 23/10

19:45 Cagliari vs Inter Milan

Cagliari go into the game on the back of two wins in a row, which has seen them put six points between themselves and the relegation zone. While they are in decent form, their next game is one that could prove too much for them. Inter Milan have been outstanding this season, winning 10 times and drawing their other three games. If they are to win the league this season, then they must beat midtable teams to do so.

Tip: Away win @ 3/5

Sunday 26th September

13:30 Southampton vs Everton

A bottom-half of the table battle beckons for Southampton this weekend as they look to arrest a run of form that has seen them take just one point from their last three games. With just four points separating them from West Ham in 18th, a win is vital on Sunday. For Everton, things have been slightly better in recent weeks. Four points in their last two games has allowed the Toffees to rise to 16th, and they look stronger since the sacking of Ronald Koeman.

Tip: Away win @ 10/3

17:30 Villarreal vs Sevilla

Villarreal have been in good form recently as they have risen to sixth in the league. 11 points from a possible 15 in their last five games is a very good return, and they will be looking to leapfrog their next opponents and move into fifth with a win. Sevilla, on the other hand, have been inconsistent recently, losing three games and winning just two of their last five. They will have taken a lot of heart from their 3-3 draw with Liverpool in the week though, but home advantage should see the hosts edge this one.

Tip: Home win @ 11/8
