Sky Italia is reporting that AC Milan are keeping close tabs on Sporting Braga midfielder Danilo Barbosa.
The Rossoneri look set to continue the heavy summer recruitment and the 21-year-old has now emerged as one of their top targets.
Even though he is now on the books of Braga, Danilo is mostly owned by Jorge Mendes’ agency Gestifute and it is no secret that the super agent has a very good relationship with AC Milan owners.
Braga would only be entitled to 10% of the transfer fee, and they have virtually no say in the deal.
Danilo Barbosa has shown a great deal of potential since joining Sporting Braga from Vasco da Gama, while he also enjoyed a successful loan spell at Valencia.
After signing a host of high-quality footballers, AC Milan are priced at 13/2 to lift the Serie A trophy.
