AC Milan in ambitious bid for Ibrahimovic

Tuttosport is reporting that AC Milan are weighing up a summer swoop for PSG star Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The Rossoneri expect to see considerable investment as Thai businessman Bee Taechaubol plans to buy a stake in the club and they look set to try and lure their former striker to San Siro.

Ibrahimovic had enjoyed several very successful years with AC Milan before Silvio Berlusconi decided to sell him and Thiago Silva, and many believe that was the main reason why the club have struggled of late.

The Swede is believed to be looking for a new challenge and he might be interested in returning to San Siro, but his €14 million yearly wage could prove to be a major obstacle to any deal.

Milan could offer Ibrahimovic a deal worth around €7 million per season plus bonuses, meaning much will depend on the player’s desire to accept a major pay cut.
