Argentina striker Sergio Aguero has admitted he is prepared to leave Spanish side Atletico Madrid.

Atletico Madrid are reportedly desperate for cash and despite Aguero wanting to wait until the summer to leave, they could decide to cash in on their superstar striker in the January transfer window.

Chelsea are reportedly among the clubs interested in the 21-year-old.

Aguero said: “I’ve always told the club that from now until June I’ll stay here. Then we will see what they do.

“If in June the club still needs money, there are ways to help.

“This is my home, but if the club have to sell me, I must go. I know nothing. Now I need to concentrate on getting us into Europe.”
