Ajax youngster Riechedly Bazoer has become the subject of interest from several top sides, according to El Mundo Deportivo.
The 18-year-old is already an important member of the squad at Amsterdam Arena, and he has now earned his first ever call up to the senior Netherlands team.
Bazoer has been likened to Ajax legend Frank Rijkaard for his style of play and is predicted a bright future in the game.
His impressive showings since making his debut at Amsterdam ArenA did not go unnoticed considering that Barcelona are showing a keen interest in his services.
The Catalans have already watched Bazoer in action on several occasions, most recently in weekend’s derby defeat to PSV Eindhoven.
The talented footballer can successfully operate in a number of positions across midfield and defence, and he has so far made 25 Eredivisie appearances for Ajax, scoring 1 goal.
Bazoer has long been on the radar of Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester City and Newcastle.
