Muhammad Ali’s grandson has committed to play college football at California.

Biaggio Ali Walsh, a running-back for Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, announced the decision on Sunday on his Twitter feed following a visit to the campus in Berkeley.

He rushed for 2,451 rushing and scored 36 touchdowns as Bishop Gorman won its seventh consecutive state title in 2015.

Ali Walsh reportedly had scolarship offers from Nevada and the University of Las Vegas, Nevada as well as from Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Louisville and Vanderbilt.

Upon committing to Cal, Ali Walsh claimed to have received congratulations from former Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch, who starred for the school during his college career. The pair have reportedly struck up a friendship.

The first pick of the 2016 NFL Draft, Jared Goff, also played his college football in Berkeley before being selected by the Los Angeles Rams.
