Andrija Zivkovic plans to quit Benfica

Serbian winger Andrija Zivkovic is hoping to leave Benfica in the January transfer window, A Bola has suggested.

The 21-year-old aims to represent his country at the 2018 World Cup and he believes the lack of first team action at Estadio da Luz could hurt his chances.

Zivkovic only made six league appearances this term, starting three of those games, and he did well to produce one goal and two assists in the process.

According to reports, both Sevilla and Valencia are interested in his services, and a January loan deal is a realistic possibility.

Nevertheless, it has to be noted that Zivkovic would have a tough time securing regular playing time at either Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan or Mestalla.
