Cypriot authorities have arrested the chairman of Anorthosis Famagusta, Andreas Panteli.
Supposedly, Panteli is responsible for the disappearance of about 1.5 million Euros, although the president himself denies having to do anything with the case.
This year, Anorthosis made their first ever appearance in the UEFA Champions League and after convincing performances against Internazionale, Panathinaikos and Werder Bremen they still have a chance of making it to the next round.
