Sylvain Armand believes PSG can win the title without star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The Swedish star has scored 19 goals in the top flight this season, seven clear of his nearest rival.
He was missing from the PSG team which beat Toulouse 3-1 in the Coupe de France this week, a result that Armand feels proves they are not over-reliant on the mercurial striker.
“If he has scored 19 goals so far, it’s not a detail. Against Toulouse, we played differently without him,” Armand said.
“When he is on the pitch, he can score anytime and do incredible moves.
“He is a great player. He has helped many times this season. He was not around in Coupe de France, so we played differently.
“We tried to play more on the wings, moving the ball around, like the coach asked us. It worked for us.
“So, it’s not a question of whether Ibra is around or not. It showed that we can win even when one player is missing. That was the point of the evening.”
Ibrahimovic is expected to return to the starting 11 when PSG host Lille in the league on Sunday.
