According to reports from the ESPN TV channel, Premier League outfit Arsenal have tabled a €50 million bid for Wolfsburg star and Germany international Julian Draxler.
The 22-year-old forward is under contract with Bundesliga outfit until 2020, but rumours of his departure to the Premier League have resurfaced once again with the player being linked with a swoop for the Gunners.
Julian Draxler is currently playing at Euro 2016 with German national team and is getting ready for the semi-final match against France.
In the meantime, ESPN claims that Arsene Wenger has already presented his club with a big-money offer that could see Draxler become one of the biggest transfer news this summer.
Arsenal are actively seeking solution to a problem in the striking department since Olivier Giroud remains the only available option and Wenger is keen to bring the fresh power force to his attacking line.
And even though Julian Draxler is not a front-line striker, the 22-year-old German is more of a supporting aid, who is believed to have the ability to fit perfectly in Arsenal’s playing system.
