Arsenal plan €7m bid for Van der Vaart

Lets go DUTCH!!! Van de Vaart, Afellay and Van de Wiel. Van de Vaart could be the replacement for Cesc until Ramsey completly develops. 4 year contract for Van de Vaart takes him up to 30yrs of age and would make Ramsey only 23yrs old by that time! All these 3 players have the right Arsenal mix to fit into our system straight away. Bring back Bergkamp as coach as well and it’s a nice Dutch feeling that would make RVP happy as well!

C’mon Mr.Wenger.You know Liverpool wants to grab VDV but the time has come to make the squad stronger and he is the perfect player to play with Cesc and Arshavin.Make about 11 million bid and just make sure you have him before anyone else does.

though i would love to see this happen, i doubt wenger would bring in a player so similar to the ones he has already got…i agree with Laurence Sheriff…

It will be agood signing however it has to be said that we are more in need of a DM than an attacking one lyk him.

Excellent signing! under 10 mil as wel. :D. him and v.persie will play well and him and cesc in midfeild inside nasri and arshavin with wlacott to come on. i still think we need a physical, hard tackling DM to allow cesc/van der vaartto push forward. Im not sure denilson plays best defensive, he showed at everton how good he is at attacking. Overall, Please Arsene, SIGN HIM UP!!!

If Arsenal did offer a deal for Vander Vaart then it is great for Arsenal because this Dutch player is a very talented midfielder. He can single-handedly win a match if he is injury free. He definitely is a bargain for under 10 million pound. Mr. Wenger, please snare him before others do.

Van Der Vaart would be a magnificent addition to the arsenal squad.. Even better than Huntellar..

Its unfortunate but we cant rely on Rosicky anymore.. I really feel for him though..his last injury would of almost devastated him..wish u the best mate on a quick recovery..

Van Der Vaart would be perfect for arsenal Title Plans!
He is mature and has a great ability

four weeks ago when chamahk and huntelaar were all the fuss i persisted in saying that this would be the only effective buy of the summer for us. he’s a leader and he can play any role in the midfield – including that of the ball playing holding midfielder. the drawback is that, like rosicky (who would greatly surprise me if he plays in more than 12 games this year), he is incredibly injury prone. 7 million would be theft of the scale one of ocean’s heists.

It would be very exciting to get Van der Vaart, especially at this stage when the squad has really matured. He would be an excellent addition and complement our team greatly , with more experience + suiting to the playing style Arsenal possesses. Moreover with Samir Nasri and Rosicky out for this month, he would prolly get a few starts which would ensure his ‘settling’ into the team.
And for 7 mil he is a huge bargain.
