French media outlet Le 10 Sport is reporting that Arsenal are hot on the trail of Leicester City hotshot Riyad Mahrez.
Following yet another disappointing season, the Gunners seem determined to make a couple of marquee signings in the summer transfer window.
According to Le 10 Sport, Arsene Wenger has made Riyad Mahrez his number one target and is ready to make a big money offer for his services.
The Algerian winger has played a key role in Leicester City’s unlikely title bid and he is widely tipped to win the PFA Player of the Year award, having managed 16 goals and 11 assists in 33 Premier League appearances this season.
Barcelona and Real Madrid are believed to be keen on his services as well, but Arsenal could be the first top side to submit an official proposal.
Despite failing to beat West Ham at the weekend, the Foxes remain 1/5 favourites to lift the Premier League trophy.
