According to The Daily Telegraph, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has shown interest in the Mallorca forward Dani Guiza.
Guiza was the top marksman in the Spanish La Liga during the 2007/8 season that ended two weeks ago.
Other clubs besides Arsenal to show interest are his former club FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and AS Roma.
The price tag attached to Guiza is £12 million.
Arsenal is desperately keen to strengthen their attacking line-up after they had finished the season with only two fit, recognized strikers. Besides that Emmanuel Adebayor is currently attracting interest elsewhere in Europe.
