French champions AS Monaco could kick off the next 2017/2018 season without many of their first-team stars that guided the Principality club to a league title and a respectable European result last season.
The club management, however, are working diligently to find proper replacements for their in-demand stars and are expected to be rather active during the summer transfer window.
One of the first names linked with a move to Stade Louis II is Samed Kilic, the 21-year-old right wing from Auxerre.
The French youth international has been capped throughout the lower national selections and is tipped to become a future star for his country.
Kilic is running out of his contract with Auxerre and will not extend with the Burgundian club. The winger was widely expected to move to Turkey, but with the French champions now joining the race, Kilic is likely to remain in France.
French media outlet L’Equipe reports AS Monaco are ready to pounce for the 21-year-old who is supposedly keen to join the champions.
