AS Roma agree deal for Diego Perotti

AS Roma are finally set to complete the signing of Argentine winger Diego Perotti from Genoa, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.

The Giallorossi are expected to shake up the playing squad following the arrival of Luciano Spalletti, who appears to have given the all clear for the capture of Perotti.

The two clubs have been in talks for several weeks now, but it is only a matter of time before the deal is wrapped up.

If Gervinho leaves the club, AS Roma will add another attack-minded footballer to their ranks, with Stephan El Shaarawy their number one target.

Meanwhile, the Giallorossi are stepping up their efforts to recruit Barcelona full-back Adriano Correia, while also showing interest in Lorenzo Tonelli, Juan Jesus and Francesco Acerbi.

AS Roma slipped to fifth in the league standings as they recorded three straight draws, with the Stadio Olimpico outfit now 7/2 chance for a top 3 finish.
