Athletic Bilbao host Sporting Gijon tonight in the Spanish La Liga, and are big favourites to pick up all three points at the San Mamés Stadium. Enjoying a recent resurgence after a slow start to the season, Bilbao are in good shape to get a result this evening against a Sporting Gijon side with a leaky defence.

Currently 17th after eight games, Bilbao have struggled early on in La Liga, but have won one and drawn two of their last three games to finally showcase some form. Gijon have also been below-par this season, and had only picked up one league win six games into the campaign.
