Competition: Champions League
Market: Atletico Madrid to win against Chelsea
Odds: 10/11 @ Betfair

In-form Atletico Madrid host Chelsea in the Champions League semi-finals with the Spaniard big favourites to get the advantage at home in the first leg. Madrid have won their last eight La Liga games, conceding just one goal in the process. Chelsea, on the other hand, recently had their unbeaten home record in the Premier League ended at the hands of Sunderland, while losing their third game in six.

Betfair are giving odds of 10/11 for Atletico to get the advantage, with the formbooks suggesting an easy home win. With Chelsea likely out of the title race now, manager Jose Mourinho could well put all his focus on winning the coveted Champions League.

It’s worth noting Chelsea have only won two of their last eight games on their travels. They haven’t won away in Europe since October.

Atletico Madrid are a difficult side to break down and score against. Similar to Chelsea, but the Spaniards are far more consistent than that of the Blues.
