France Football has revealed that Barcelona and Real Madrid have shown interest in Toulouse defender Aymen Abdennour.
El Classico rivals are actively searching for defensive reinforcements and they have made the Tunisian stopper one of their targets.
Abdennour has impressed playing for Toulouse over the last year or so and has seen his name linked with top European clubs.
The 23-year-old is considered an important member of the squad at Stade Municipal, but it is believed le Tefece would sell him if the price is right.
Abdennour joined the Ligue 1 side in the summer of 2011 from Etoile Sahel and immediately adapted to the level of football in France’s top flight.
He has made a total of 44 league appearances for le Tefece, scoring 3 goals in the process, while featuring in 10 games for Tunisia national team.
