Catalan giants Barcelona are said to be prepared to sell midfielder Andre Gomes during the summer transfer window.

The 24-year-old joined the Camp Nou outfit from Valencia in 2016 on the back of a European Championship title-winning summer with Portugal but he largely failed to establish himself as a first-team regular for La Liga leaders this season.

Diario AS understands that Barcelona are now prepared to sanction the transfer of the Portuguese midfielder who is struggling to settle with the Catalans and who has been pushed further down the pecking order with the January arrival of Philippe Coutinho.

Gomes made only four La Liga starts this season for Blaugrana but will not be short of options once the summer transfer window opens.

Juventus and Manchester United were among the clubs who were linked with Gomes last summer although West Ham have most recently been thrown into the mix as well.
