Barcelona youngsters Sergi Busquets and Gerard Pique were the most notable new names in the Spain squad announced by coach Vicente del Bosque on Friday for next week’s friendly against England.
The match in Seville on Wednesday will also herald the returns from injury of Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta and Valencia’s David Silva.
Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas, however, remains sidelined with a knee problem.
