Barcelona to go in full-throttle for Pogba

Having failed to complete the deal in the summer, Barcelona are preparing to launch a full-scale offensive to bring Manchester United’s Paul Pogba to Camp Nou in 2019, according to the Mirror.

Pogba has reportedly had issues with United manager Jose Mourinho and he has been promised a move to one of the two Spanish giants by his agent, Mino Raiola.

Meanwhile, Barca have made no big secret of their desire to acquire the services of the French midfielder. They were linked with him back in his Juventus days only to see United win that race in 2016. However, it seems the tables are gradually turning in their favour and they believe the 25-year-old World Cup winner is keen on leaving the north of England for Catalonia next summer.

Signing a top-level central midfielder has been the Blaugrana’s main priority for a while, with Andres Iniesta out of the picture and both Sergio Busquets and Ivan Rakitić over 30.
