Le Parisien is reporting that a number of Europe’s top clubs are keeping close tabs on Metz striker Diafra Sakho.

The 24-year-old has played a key role in helping French giants secure back to back promotions and finally return to the elite division.

However, everything suggests he will not be playing his football in Ligue 1 next term as he is widely linked with a big club move.

According to Le Parisien, the likes of Marseille, Wolfsburg, Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich and Liverpool are all in the chase for Sakho’s signature.

It appears that Metz will be forced to sell their prized asset to the highest bidder, with the striker currently valued at €5 million.

Diafra Sakho has been in scintillating form since returning from a loan spell with Boulogne, having bagged 38 goals in 66 league matches over the last two seasons.

Gladbach set for shopping spree

Borussia M’gladbach have outlined the list of targets for the summer transfer window, reports Bild.

The Bundesliga side have just signed a lucrative sponsorship deal with Postbank that should see them earn around €50 million over the course of next six years.

And while the chiefs also plan to improve the club facilities, a portion of the money will be used on reinforcing the squad.

According to Bild, die Fohlen hope to add the likes of Josip Drmic, Remy Cabella and Vincent Aboubakar to their ranks.

Nurnberg striker Josip Drmic, 21, has impressed in his first ever Bundesliga season, scoring 16 goals in 31 outings, but he is also followed by Arsenal and few more top clubs.

Meanwhile, Remy Cabella will be leaving Montpellier in the summer, but he, too, has a long list of suitors.

Lorient starlet Aboubakar, 22, has exploded onto the biggest stage this term, netting 16 times in 34 league matches, and he could be available for as little as €4.5 million.

Eredivisie giants battle for Ziyech

Voetbal International has learned that a number of Eredivisie’s top clubs are being linked with a move for Heerenveen starlet Hakim Ziyech.

The 21-year-old has enjoyed a stunning season this term and everything suggests he will be leaving the Frisians come end of the season.

His contract is due to expire in June 2015 and while the club have the option to extend it for another year, they are likely to cash in on him in the summer transfer window.

Voetbal International understands that the likes of Ajax, Feyenoord and Twente are all keen on the attacking midfielder.

Hakim Ziyech has been in excellent form this term, having managed nine goals and as many assists in 31 Eredivisie fixtures.

Sixth-placed Heerenveen face struggling RKC Waalwijk on the last day of regular season, with the Frisians priced at 10/11 to claim maximum points.
