Beckham talks begin today

AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani has revealed that David Beckham’s representatives are in Italy for talks.

Galliani confirmed that they will begin talks over a loan deal for the England international.

The Major League Soccer has confirmed that the Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder could join AC Milan on loan from January to March.

“At first we though they [Beckham’s lawyers] would be in Milan next week but instead they arrived today,” Galliani told Tuttosport.

“We will begin negotiations but I don’t know if it will conclude in a positive way or not but I am hoping we can conclude it in the best manner.

“There is still someway to go as we have to finalise everything.”
