Besiktas agree deal for Bernard

Turkish daily newspaper Fanatik is reporting that Besiktas have reached an agreement to sign Shakhtar Donetsk star Bernard.

The highly rated footballer will be a free agent in June and he has reportedly accepted a contract offer from the Black Eagles.

Bernard will sign a four-year deal worth €3.5 million per campaign, becoming one of the club’s highest-paid members.

According to reports, Inter Milan and AC Milan were also keen on the Brazilian, but were not prepared to match the Besiktas offer.

Bernard has spent last five years with Shakhtar Donetsk, scoring 28 goals and producing 35 assists in 157 competitive outings.
