Blackburn confirmed on Friday that they have turned down bids for England duo David Bentley and Stephen Warnock.
Aston Villa, Tottenham and Manchester City have all been linked with Bentley since the midfielder made it clear he would consider a move and Rovers have received and rejected two bids for the 23-year-old.
Blackburn chairman John Williams revealed a two million pounds (2.5 million euros) offer for Warnock, who has attracted interest from Newcastle, has also been snubbed.
“We've had bids from two clubs for David Bentley; one when Mark Hughes was manager, and the other very recently. They have both been rejected,” Williams said.
“We've had a bid of two million pounds (for Warnock). It was rejected and the club concerned has been told he is not for sale.”
