Blaise Matuidi wants PSG exit

French daily newspaper Le 10 Sport has learned that Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi is considering his options.

The highly rated footballer was on the verge of joining Juventus last summer, but there was not too many interest in his services during the January transfer window.

However, with Premier League leaders Chelsea and clubs from China keen on his services, Matuidi is seriously thinking about a summer exit.

Namely, the 29-year-old has instructed his agents to try and find him a new club ahead of the summer transfer window, and he is even ready to consider moving to Asia, but wants a contract worth €20 million per campaign.

He would obviously consider a lower salary if a top European club come calling, and it remains to be seen whether Paris Saint-Germain would be prepared to let Matuidi leave, considering that Thiago Motta is also expected to move clubs at the end of the season.
