Bojan Krkic set for Stoke exit

Spanish forward Bojan Krkic could be leaving Stoke City in the upcoming transfer window, according to The Sun.

The former Barcelona starlet arrived at Britannia Stadium as a marquee signing this summer, but despite impressing in pre-season, he has seen very little playing time this term.

Krkic made just four Premier League appearances this season and last played for the Potters on 4th October.

The 24-year-old was reportedly very unhappy at being left on the bench during the 2-1 win over Swansea and he in turn threw his boots across the dressing room in a moment of anger.

Stoke City manager Mark Hughes is not prepared to tolerate such a behaviour and he is ready to cash in on Krkic in the January transfer window.

Bojan Krkic has so far failed to live up to his potential, having largely struggled for regular playing time ever since he last played for Barcelona three years ago.
