Coventry City face Exeter City in Monday’s League Two play-off final, with the Sky Blues aiming to seal an immediate return to the third tier.

For Mark Robins’ Coventry side, although they may have been relegated from League One last season, Robins’ side secured sixth spot on the final game of the season and are coming off the back of a 4-1 win over Notts County. Now on a run that has seen them lose just one in their last seven, Coventry have now scored 11 in their last four. If the Sky Blues are looking to bounce immediately back up to League One, Coventry will be looking for forward Marc McNulty to carry on his impressive season, along with scoring in both of the semi-finals matchups, the 25-year-old now has 25 for the season and is the divisions’ joint top scorers.

As for Exeter, although many believe that this will be Paul Tisdale’s last match in charge of The Grecians, Exeter secured their playoff position with plenty of time to spare and will be looking to go one step further after losing the final 2-1 last year. After coming past Lincoln City in the semi-final, The Whites will travel to Wembley filled with confidence, Exeter have now only lost one of their last nine. While Coventry have Marc McNulty, Exeter have their own inform star. The 24-year-old striker scored against Lincoln in their last outing and now has 20 for the season in League Two.
