Australian goalkeeper Brad Jones has completed his move to Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr, where he joins Ahmed Musa who also recently joined. Jones, 36, has spent the last 20 years of his career in European football, with his latest stint coming with Feyenoord. The main portion of Jones career came during his nine-year spell with Middlesbrough before he moved to Liverpool where he spent five years playing for the Reds between 2010 and 2015.

Heading abroad in search of big money moves is hardly something that’s been a rarity in recent years, and given that Jones is moving into the latter stages of his career, it makes sense for him to want to increase his wages in order to support both himself and his family.

Jones was actually a part of the Australian national team’s World Cup squad this summer, although he was unable to make any actual appearances in the tournament for the Socceroos.
