La Liga champions Barcelona are believed to have joined the chase for Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic, El Mundo Deportivo has suggested.
The Serbia international will be out of contract at the end of the season and there is a good chance he will be leaving Stamford Bridge in the near future.
Namely, Ivanovic is currently not in the first team plans of manager Antonio Conte, but, on the other hand, has a long list of suitors among top European clubs.
According to El Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are weighing up January move for the 32-year-old as they search for new right-sided defender.
The Catalans are looking at a number of quality footballers as they are set to offload Aleix Vidal, but this is the first time they have been linked with a move for Ivanovic.
The Serbian defender has spent last eight years at Stamford Bridge, making 255 Premier League appearances and scoring 22 goals.
