Bundesliga star cools off transfer talk

Werder Bremen striker Marko Arnautovic admits that several clubs have enquired about his services.

The 22-year-old forward is currently not considered a first team regular at Werder and he has recently been linked with PSV and several French clubs.

“There have been some inquires, that’s correct. But, I don’t know how practical they are,” Arnautovic told Bild.

“I have not spoken with anyone. I am only thinking about Werder.”

In spite of the interest from abroad, Arnautovic is keen on staying in Bremen.

“My thoughts are only with Werder, not any other club. I want to play here, this is my future.”

The player, who is famous for off the field problems, says he is determined to succeed in Bremen.

“I have experienced some hard times last season. Now, I finally want to make everyone in Bremen happy. The team, the coaches and the fans.”
