Visitors Sao Paulo led courtesy of Luis Fabiano’s goal in the 14th minute of the match at Estadio Municipal Anacleto Campanella.
Jobson set up Danielzinho for Sao Caetano to equalise in the 25th minute, and the provider turned goal-scorer a minute later, finding the back of the net to make it 2-1 in the hosts’ favour.
Maicon levelled for Sao Paulo a minute into first-half injury time, with Osvaldo providing his second assist of the match.
Fabiano’s second goal of the game in the 73rd minute saw the visitors go 3-2 ahead, before Aloisio put the result beyond doubt when he made it 4-2 on 93 minutes.
The win lifts Sao Paulo up to second on the table, two points off top spot and with a game in hand over leaders Ponte Preta.
Sao Caetano meanwhile sit bottom, two points off safety and without a win in their last seven attempts.
