Cardiff closing in on triple deal

Cardiff City are close to completing deals for Manchester United duo Wilfried Zaha and Fabio, according to Sky Sports.

Zaha, who has been linked with a temporary move away for Old Trafford for most of the season having not forced his way in David Moyes’ plans, is set to move a loan for the rest of the campaign a fee in the region of £1.5m.

Fabio, who himself has barely featured since Moyes’ arrival from Everton, is closing in on a permanent deal and, with Zaha, underwent medicals at the South Wales club on Sunday afternoon.

The pair also look set to be joined by Trinidad and Tobago international Kenwyne Jones, who involved in a swap deal which will see Peter Odemwinge move in the opposite direction.

Former United hero Ole Gunnar Solksjaer takes his Cardiff side to Old Trafford tomorrow evening, and the Bluebirds are priced at 16.0 (15/1) to take all three points.
