Celtic may have to miss out on this season’s Champions League following a 0-1 defeat by Dinamo Moscow in the tournament’s third preliminary round.

The only goal of the match in Glasgow was scored by Dinamo’s Aleksandr Kokorin in the seventh minute. The assist came from namesake Aleksandr Kerzhakov.

Despite having almost the entire game to react, the Bhoys never managed to get the ball past Dinamo’s defense and keeper Vladimir Gabulov.

The return leg of this tie is scheduled for August 5 in the Russian capital, Moscow.
