Cercle Brugge are practically certain of making it to the Belgian Cup final after a convincing 3-0 win over Roeselare on Wednesday.
Roeselare stood little chance at a much stronger Cercle, who scored the opener through Jelle Vossen in the 29th minute.
Seven minutes after the first goal, it was Hans Cornelis to make it 2-0. A 72nd-minute goal from Oleg Iachtchouk set the score to 3-0, which leaves Cercle with more than a foot in the final.
The second leg will be played on March 26th.
In the other semi final tie, Mechelen and Gent play their second leg on Saturday after a 2-2 draw in the first leg last month.
