Competition: French Ligue One
Market: PSG to win against Evian
Odds: 3/14 @ 888 Sport

French Ligue One holders Paris Saint-Germain are within touching distance of winning their second consecutive title. They face Evian tonight knowing they can go 10 points clear of second-placed AS Monaco with four games still to play.

Despite losing their last league game 1-0 away to Lyon, 888 Sport are giving odds of 3/14 for Laurent Blanc’s side to get all three points tonight. Prior to the defeat, Paris Saint-Germain won eight consecutive league outings, conceding just two goals in the process.

The Parisians have lost just two league games this season, but are facing a side in somewhat better form than their league position would perhaps suggest. 16th-placed Evian have taken 14 points from their last seven games, recently beating title-chasers AS Monaco 1-0 at home last month.

It’s worth noting Evian beat the runaway leaders PSG 2-0 at home in early December too, but have an away form among the worst in Ligue One – with just three away wins all campaign. A foregone conclusion for PSG to get one hand on the league trophy again?
