Competition: Premier League
Market: Chelsea to win against Swansea
Odds: 2/5 @ William Hill

Premier League champions Chelsea begin their title defence against Swansea City at Stamford Bridge this evening, with the Blues big favourites to pick up all three points. Manager Jose Mourinho won’t be happy with how pre-season has gone, coupled with injury problems to Diego Costa, but he will know his side deliver when it matters.

The rest of the Chelsea squad are said to be fit and available for their clash against the Welsh outfit, and as a result the hosts are expecting to start the new season off with a win. Swansea are no slouches, and have earned some impressive results against sides in the top-four last season, but they could struggle to compete this time round.

Under Mourinho, Chelsea will be notoriously strong in the early weeks of the season, with the holders looking to set the pace from the off. And given the quality they have in the side, William Hill are giving odds of 2/5 for the Londoners to see past Swansea at Stamford Bridge to kick off the new season in perfect fashion.
