Chelsea travel to the Hawthorns to face West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League on Friday evening, knowing a win will clinch the league title. With Albion enduring such a poor run of form in recent weeks while the Blues have been full of wins at home and on the road, the visitors are expected to pick up all three points.
Tony Pulis’ West Bromwich Albion side are currently eighth in the Premier League table with 45 points from 35 games, coming off the back of four defeats from their last five outings. The Baggies have gone six games without a win ahead of this week’s meeting with Chelsea, and have lost four of their last five home games which could well see them going unstuck as a result.

A win would see them go 10 points clear of second-placed Tottenham with the chasing pack unable to catch them, sealing the league title with two games to go.
