Chelsea are set for a summer raid on Everton as they line up bids for John Stones and Romelu Lukaku, according to the Daily Star.
The club have long been linked for defender Stones having made three bids for him rejected by the Merseyside outfit last summer.
They are ready to renew their interest for the centre-back as they continue to look for a long-term replacement for John Terry, who is yet to be offered an extension to his current deal at Stamford Bridge.
Lukaku was only sold by the Blues two years ago but his rapid development into one of the Premier League’s most clinical finishers has reignited their interest in the Belgium international.
Despite Everton’s inconsistent campaign, the twenty-two year old has managed to rack up twenty-five goals in all competitions and is expected to star for his country at this summer’s European Championships in France.
