According to a report in British tabloid newspaper The Daily Mirror, Premier League club Chelsea are preparing an end of season offer for Barcelona’s Dani Alves.
The Brazilian international full-back, who has won 19 caps to date, is apparently the west London outfit’s top target this summer, although they may have to offer an astronomical sum of money to land him.
The 25-year-old only joined la Blaugrana last summer in a deal thought to be worth €27 million (£25m), so Chelsea may have to meet his €97.5m (£90m) minimum fee release clause if they are going to land him.
