Marseille defender Renato Civelli admits he is keen on a move to the Premier League this summer.
The Argentine defender’s contract has expired and several clubs are interested in signing the 25-year-old.
Aston Villa, Sunderland, Blackburn and Anderlecht are among the clubs interested in signing the highly rated defender.
“I wanted to stay at Marseille but it will not happen,” Civelli told Belgian newspaper La Derniere Heure.
“I am at the end of my contract so I will choose a new destination.
“People are talking about me in the Belgian league with Anderlecht. I will not go there as I am hoping for a bigger league.
“I am talking about either the Spanish or English league.”
