Ajax, NAC, FC Twente and SC Heerenveen will make their appearance in the Dutch play-offs for one spot in the third preliminary round of the Champions League.
Ajax, who just missed out on the national championship, are set to play their first play-off match at SC Heerenveen, while Twente are to host NAC Breda.
FC Groningen, NEC and FC Utrecht have made it to the play-offs for a UEFA Cup spot, and will be joined by the loser of the Cup final between Feyenoord and Roda JC next week.
The winner of the cup tournament advances to the play-offs automatically.
Excelsior Rotterdam will have to play their next season in the Jupiler League, finishing in 18th place at two points from VVV Venlo.
VVV and De Graafschap Doetinchem meet with Jupiler League teams in an attempt to keep their place in the Eredivisie.
