Clement Chantome set for Premier League switch

Eurosport understands that Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Clement Chantome is likely to join a Premier League club this summer.

The 25-year-old is one of the players who will be allowed to leave Parc des Princes in the summer transfer window and he should have no shortage of offers.

According to Eurosport, Everton, Fulham and West Bromwich are among clubs showing interest in the talented footballer.

Ligue 1 rivals Lyon are also keen, but it is believed the Premier League clubs have the upper hand at the moment.

Clement Chantome has spent his entire professional career at Parc des Princes, making a total of 143 Ligue 1 appearances and scoring 5 goals.

In spite of the fierce competition for places, the midfielder featured in 28 league games last term, while he also started 4 Champions League games.

Having proved he has what it takes to play at the biggest stage, it is hardly surprising a number of Premier League sides are after Chantome.
