Competition: Premier League
Market: Crystal Palace and Stoke City to draw
Odds: 5/2 @ Bet 365

Crystal Palace welcome Stoke City to Selhurst Park in the Premier League this afternoon, in a game that could be close to call given both sides have struggled for goals this season.

Palace are the form side of the two, but Stoke might set up to frustrate the Londoners to stem the tide of recent defeats.

Home side Crystal Palace are currently 13th in the Premier League table with four points from as many games. After a poor start, Alan Pardew’s men have since drawn one and won one of their last two outings, and come into today’s game with some momentum. The same can’t be said about their opponents, however.

Visitors Stoke City are rock bottom in the Premier League with one point from a possible 12 this season, having suffered three consecutive defeats. The Potters have scored just two goals, averaging more than two goals conceded per game. They have been better away from home ironically, which could working their favour today, but the pressure is on.

With Stoke’s defence having been so poor, Mark Hughes will ensure City are more resilient this afternoon. And with Palace having scored just three goals in four games, Bet 365 are giving odds of 5/2 for the two sides to play out a stalemate.
