De Bruyne keen to commit to Manchester City

Kevin De Bruyne is ready to commit his long term future to Manchester City, according the Sky Sports.

The Belgium international has been one of many bright sparks for Pep Guardiola’s side so far this season helping them to an unbeaten start which currently sees them five points clear at the top of the table.

De Bruyne has six assists so far, as does teammate David Silva and nobody else in the division can match that amount while he also topped the assist charts last season.

Since arriving at the Etihad Stadium, the twenty-six year old has racked up one hundred and five appearances in all competitions, while he has scored twenty-five goals and was part of the squad that won the League Cup in 2016.

This season is shaping up to be even more successful for the Citizens, who can strengthen their grip on first place with victory over Arsenal on Sunday.
