Az midfielder Demy De Zeeuw was on the verge of joining Bundelsiga Hamburger SV last summer, but the deal collapsed. Die Rothosen are now lining up a replacement for Nigel de Jong (he just moved to Manchester City), and De Zeeuw turns to be their primary target.
“Hamburger SV is a beautiful team. Nevertheless, I haven’t heard anything yet and I’m fully focussing on AZ,” said de Zeeuw to De Telegraaf.
